Welcome to the Heartland Federal Executive Board Region
The Heartland Federal Executive Board is a catalyst for communication, coordination and collaboration among Federal offices across the states of Iowa, Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska. The Board is made up of Agency heads, or their designated representative, all of whom are dedicated to carrying out their respective missions in public service.
The Heartland FEB develops strategic partnerships to facilitate valuable collaborations, coordinate the sharing of services between agencies, and participate as a unified Federal force in local civic affairs. We also support and promote National initiatives of the President and the Administration and responds to local needs of Federal agencies and the community through the programs and activities of its affinity groups and standing committees. The FEB’s strategic goals are Workforce Building and Succession Management; Cultivating an Innovative Organization; and Fostering Coalitions.
