Strategic planning in organizations may have just been outpaced by the speed of change in the marketplace. Revisiting and refreshing strategic plans and goals is essential for today’s organizations. Given the new normal unnormal market conditions going right back to pre-existing strategies and goals is not enough. Owners and leaders of organizations need to quickly rethink and revise their business plans to ensure alignment with evolving market conditions and the necessary integration of operational focus to meet such demands. Business professionals can accomplish this effort by adhering to fundamental strategic planning processes yet in streamline fashion.

INSTRUCTORS | As a  founding partner of Transformation Partners, Dr. Shanna Ullmann has over 25 years experience in executive-level training and advising to the federal government, the US military, global corporations and universities. Dr. Ullmann is a Certified Master Trainer by the American Society of Training and Development. Shanna is also a certified Professional Mediator and a Workplace Conflict Resolution trainer. Dr. Ullmann's Ph.D. is in Mediation and Conflict Resolution.  // Dr. Robert K. Prescott, SPHR, SHRM-SCP (Bio: Dr. Prescott has spent 20 years in industry and 22 years in teaching and consulting. His previous positions include Director of Executive Education at Penn State University and Director of Human resources for BellSouth Communications. Dr. Prescott consulted with many organizations, to include: the U.S. Army, the IRS, the NBA, Disney World and SSA. Bob has co-authored several books on leadership and human resources and received his Ph.D. from Penn State University). Dr. Prescott is a senior member of Transformation Partners.
