Lean Six Sigma (LSS)  is about enhancing your problem-solving ability and increasing your critical-thinking skills.  The end result is that activities and processes, you are already doing, can be made better, faster or more cost-effective.

As an added optional bonus, in  this workshop we are including a Train-the-Trainer module which provides all the information and templates necessary to train your co-workers on basic LSS Tools. Our approach Leaner Six Sigma (LrSS)™  based on the book by Dr. Terra Vanzant Stern, simplifies the learning process and makes certification easier.

This workshop takes a 3-Step approach.  Students attend a three-day overview in Step 1.  In Step 2, students have the opportunity to apply their knowledge with on-line exercises and quizzes.  In the final step, Step 3, students are assigned an on-line mentor who co-creates a LSS report.  This report, which documents definitive return-on-investment, is often used by students during performance reviews or by managers for status reports.
