FMCS Denver Commissioner's Kayla Mack and Emily Rife have volunteered their time and energies to providing Cadre members with some skills and techniques to mediate cases via telephone or virtual platforms. They will discuss best practices and lessons learned from their recent experiences mediating cases in the current virtual environment.
