Online Workshop Overview

What are the most essential leadership traits in times of change? The best leaders embody six key characteristics: farsightedness, passion, courage, wisdom, generosity, and trustworthiness. Deserving traits by which to lead others given our current times. Great leadership is particularly important in times of change. When things are easy, acceptable leadership is tolerated and will probably work OK but when things are rough, the stakes for appropriate leadership are raised. Successful modern leaders need to be comfortable with learning and change and well-grounded in these six attributes.

Times have changed yet leadership traits and styles tend to remain constant. However, it is these very aspects that need to be adaptive in determining leadership action. Today’s leader is challenged with working smarter to balance the demands of employees and management, empowering staff, prioritizing the urgent and leveraging knowledge and technology to facilitate innovation to more effectively deal with modern issues. The Leadership in Changing Times workshop takes an imperative look at the leadership actions needed today and maps out first steps of action toward their implementation.
