DFSHC RECEIVES NATIONAL AWARD
Please join the CFEB in congratulating the employees that run the Denver Safety & Health Council on their award from the Department of Labor Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) for their activities promoting the advancement of occupational safety and health in the federal government. The council was evaluated on how well they functioned overall, addressed membership issues, and developed and implemented their strategic plan. Jim and Bruce recently attended the CFEB Executive Committee meeting to share their success and thank CFEB for its support of the council. They attribute their 54% increase in membership over the last year to the CFEB providing them with a web page and promoting their events.
