In support of the President’s Management Agenda, this is a new committee established in early 2005 for the purpose of bringing together agency Human Resource Specialists to network and discuss issues of concern. Each meeting includes Hot Policy updates from OPM, discussion on agency vacancies and recruitment strategies. Guest speakers are also invited to speak on subjects of interest to the HR community. This committee is a wonderful network of agencies able to assist one another with HR complications, such as assistance for RIF employees and agency reorganizations. The committee meets quarterly at various agency locations.
