The Colorado Federal Executive Board (CFEB) is pleased to offer Emergenetics® training to the federal agencies we serve. Agencies that have implemented Emergenetics report more engaged employees, as well as improved team performance and productivity.
Emergenetics is the merging of two ideas – our behavior emerging from our life experiences and our genetic traits. Using the scientifically-based Emergenetics Profile facilitates increased understanding through personal knowledge of how one’s thinking and behavior preferences affect the work environment — including productivity, team effectiveness and creativity. Organizations throughout the world and within the federal government are implementing the multifaceted Emergenetics approach to build knowledge, foster understanding and bolster organizational capacity.
Individuals learn to leverage their own strengths and develop awareness of what others bring to the table.

STEP ONE MEETING OF THE MINDS WORKSHOP
STEP TWO THE POWER OF WE™ MODULES
The Power of WE modules build on the individual and team development concepts derived from the Emergenetics Profile and Meeting of the Minds workshop. Using a unique and scientific approach, the Power of WE modules combine the benefits of Whole Emergenetics Teams (WEteams™) with Whole Emergenetics Approaches (WEapproach™) to bring out the best in any team. All participants must have completed their Emergenetics profile and attended the Meeting of the Minds Workshop before moving on to the Power of WE™.
These modules drive performance by helping individuals and teams leverage their strengths to improve essential business functions. The result? Happier and more productive teams – and organizations that get things done.

MEETING OF THE MINDS
“I have attended two four-hour Emergenetics Meeting of the Minds training sessions. The first was with my boss and Directorate leadership peers while the second was with my Division managers and supervisors. Both were insightful, educational, and fun events. I learned of my Thinking and Behavior preferences as well as those of each colleague including becoming aware of how each colleague could contribute more effectively to assignments, special projects, and team and brainstorming meetings based on their individual preferences. Both Gay Page and Jeff Conn led the training event where they summarized both thinking dynamics and preferences, provided great background information about the workings of the human brain, and engaged us all in this positive learning experience. I highly recommend the Emergenetics training opportunity for your respective leadership and working teams.”

THE POWER OF WE
“Jeff Conn and Gay Page from the Colorado Federal Executive Board (CFEB) trained fifteen of my direct and indirect reports on the Emergenetics “Leveraging the Power of WE” program, which is designed to improve communication, streamline processes, and create stronger and more impactful team results. We met monthly over the period of one year and learned about each other’s preferences when working individually and with others, which provided the synergy to take our teamwork to another level. The training was organized and delivered to enable intelligent business improvement decision making in real time. During and upon completion of the training, my Field Office developed new processes and ideas centered on the Power of WE, which has resulted in better internal and external products for our customers. I recommend this training to any organization who wishes to move the next level of accomplishing requirements with the maximum input possible.”
