The Colorado Federal Executive Board (CFEB) is pleased to offer Emergenetics® training to the federal agencies we serve.  Agencies that have implemented Emergenetics report more engaged employees, as well as improved team performance and productivity.

Emergenetics is the merging of two ideas – our behavior emerging from our life experiences and our genetic traits.  Using the scientifically-based Emergenetics Profile facilitates increased understanding through personal knowledge of how one’s thinking and behavior preferences affect the work environment — including productivity, team effectiveness and creativity.  Organizations throughout the world and within the federal government are implementing the multifaceted Emergenetics approach to build knowledge, foster understanding and bolster organizational capacity.

The Power of WE modules build on the individual and team development concepts derived from the Emergenetics Profile and Meeting of the Minds workshop.  Using a unique and scientific approach, the Power of WE modules combine the benefits of Whole Emergenetics Teams (WEteams™) with Whole Emergenetics Approaches (WEapproach™) to bring out the best in any team.  All participants must have completed their Emergenetics profile and attended the Meeting of the Minds Workshop before moving on to the Power of WE™.
