CUSTOMER SERVICE COUNCIL

The Colorado Federal Executive Board’s (CFEB) Customer Service Council (CSC) strengthens the management and administration of Executive Branch activities and creates value to the public by fostering communication, coordination, and collaboration between federal government agencies in Colorado.  Based on Presidential Executive Order 13571 – Streamlining Service Delivery and Improving Customer Service, the CFEB CSC creates a regional network that identifies and surveys customers, establishes service standards and tracks performance against those standards, and benchmarks customer service performance against the best in business.  The Council addresses these areas by sharing best practices, collaborating with other federal agencies, and developing partnerships that enable more effective delivery of programs and services.
